A locally-owned General Contracting firm with corporate offices in Blountville, Tennessee, J.A. Street & Associates, Inc. was founded in 1985 by J.A. Street, a Professional Engineer. The company has maintained consistent levels of growth and experience required to meet the demands of an ever-changing construction market. J.A. Street & Associates, Inc. has always been a service-oriented company, with special emphasis on a team approach between the Owner, design firm, general contractor and subcontractors.
Every project is unique. Therefore, J. A. Street & Associates, Inc. listens to the client to gain a complete understanding of the challenges presented by each project.
Providing the best possible value-efficient product for clients, with their needs and requirements in mind, is the foundation of our operating philosophy.
Due to our reputation for delivering quality projects on time and within budget, and a demonstrated willingness to work with clients, much of our business over the past 17 years has come from repeat customers.

Personnel

Current staff levels consist of seven Project Managers, three Estimators, a Civil Superintendent, two Design Drafters, a Civil Engineer, a Marketing Director, a Registered Land Surveyor, a Safety Director, over thirty jobsite superintendents and foremen, and thirteen office support personnel.

Qualified personnel and the right equipment are available to staff any construction project. The range of services available to clients includes design-build, construction management, new construction/turn-key, and renovation/remodeling work.
