J.A. Street & Associates, Inc. is a locally-owned General Contracting firm with corporate headquarters in Blountville, Tennessee. Founded in 1985 by J.A. Street, a Professional Engineer, the company has maintained consistent levels of growth and experience required to meet the demands of the ever-changing construction market. This growth ability has facilitated expansion beyond the Tri-Cities area, with a variety of projects having been completed in other areas of East Tennessee, Southeastern Kentucky, Southwest Virginia, Georgia and North Carolina.
Current staff levels consist of six project managers, two estimators, three draftspersons, a civil engineer, a civil superintendent, a registered land surveyor, a safety director, over twenty-five jobsite superintendents and foremen, and a full complement of office support personnel. Qualified personnel and the right equipment are available to staff any construction project. The range of services available to clients includes construction management, new construction/turn-key, and renovation/remodeling work. Primary areas of expertise are construction management for institutional, commercial and industrial customers.
J.A. Street & Associates, Inc. has always been a service-oriented company, with special emphasis on a team approach between the Owner, design firm, General Contractor and subcontractors. Providing the best possible value-efficient product for clients, with their needs and requirements in mind, is the foundation of our operating philosophy.
